I am bound not only by the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), but also by the requirements of my professional indemnity insurance, and the standards of the UK Council of Psychotherapy (UKCP) and Welsh Psychotherapy Institute (WPI) codes of ethics and professional practice.

I do not share this information with any third party. To prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, there are in place appropriate technical and physical safeguards for the information collected. You have the right to make a ‘subject access request’ under the relevant information.

This privacy policy applies only to the website. Privacy pertaining to information generated by therapy itself is dealt with in my psychotherapy client agreement which I share with you at any initial appointment and discuss with you in person.
